Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka is a native of Minsk, the capital of Belarus. Sergey Her father (who died in the year 2019) was a hockey ice player. Aryna Sabalenka was born May 5, 1998 in Minsk Belarus. Her career has seen her been awarded 12 WTA singles titles. One of them was one Grand Slam at the 2023 Australian Open. Doubles is an additional area in which she shines. It was the US Open 2019, and Australian Open 2021 were both achieved by Elise. Mertens. With her fellow Belgian tennis star, she also won an award called the WTA 1000 in Indian Wells as well as Miami in 2019. This year, she was able to complete the Sunshine Double. The feat was made possible by four couples competing in the women's doubles. The Belarusian rose from second place to third in the singles world rankings on August 23rd, 2021. Her top ranking was also achieved in the month of January 2023. She climbed to the top of the doubles ranking in the year following, having taking the title at Melbourne. She became the second Belarusian tennis athlete to have success on the court. Her coach was former Russian tennis pro Dmitry Tursunov from 2018 until the end of the season of 2019 and also from the beginning of 2020. Dieter Kindlmann played a short time as her coach from August 2020 to September. At the time of her retirement, she's been trained by her coach, Antonio Dubrov. Serena Williams is her role hero, followed by Maria Sharapova.
